After 62 years of independence, why to go in history but the present day scenario of modern politics and Govt.’s role of denying Sikhs their rights, to follow the path of RSS like Hindu fanatics by govt. agencies, specially denying Sikhs Marriage act and consideration of Sikhs a part of Hindu religion, Denial of Sikh faith as an independent religion, has compelled me to right on this crucial subject. All these differences were started by humiliating Sikh Gurus by Gandhi, portraying the 10th Guru, Guru Gobind Singh as misguided patriot in his news paper. Now presents Sikh Gurus as Hindu deities by RSS---means ; --------- RASHTRA KA SARAA SANGATHAN, (The rotten organisation of the nation).
If the Hindus are worshiping their religion and their Gods, It is due to the great sacrifices of SIKH GURUS, their families and their followers only, otherwise all the Hindus would have embraced the Islam. The massacre in Jalianwala baug on 13 April 1919, in which Gen. Dyer took a contingent of British troops to ground where the peaceful listeners to testimony of victims were shot on, in which about 1000 innocent people were killed . Gandhi did not even bother to condemn the British. He wrote, "Punjab ke ghatnakram par maine aam janta mein koi vaktavya nahin diya hai….Main marshal law ki bhartsnaa ke liye bhi taiyaar nahin thaa. Main koi bhi veh kaam nahin karnaa chahtaa jisse sthaniya adhikaari chirh jaate.” See Sampoorna Gandhi Wangmay—15 [page 389]
The whole world condemned the massacre of Jalianwala bagh but the so-called true worshiper of non-violence or to say the priest of non-violence,in flattering to the British empire did not shed any tear in sympathy to the martyrs. He did not even consider to give any statement to react against the Britishers in fear and what else one could expect the cowardice act from a leader of any community or any nation. This is one glimpse of Gandhi’s character.An inquiry report by PUNJAB JAANCH SAMITI by Congress was published on 25th April 1920. This report was written by Gandhi, he condemned the actions of people of Punjab and criticized in harsh manners for their voilent attitude and made them responsible for the massacre in Jalianwala bag. The last para of this report is very important----“….ham mahsus karte hain ki jab desh ke prashasan mein mahtvapurn parivartan hone wale hote hain aur Samrat agar janta ya afsaron se sahyog ki apeel kare to hamein aisaa kuch nahin karnaa chahiye jisse pragati mein rukaawat parhti ho.” (Sampoorna Gandhi Wangmay-17 [page318]
By writing this he showed his favor to the violent compressions of British Raj. Moreover to save the officers who were responsible for the crimes or torturing the public during Marshal law in Punjab from the clutches of law, Govt. enforced the “Indemnity bill.” Gandhi justified and approved the govt.’s move. In his own words, ”Maine to Jalianwala hatyakaand karaane walon ke khilaaf bhi prtihinsa ki baat nahin kee. Maine isse jyaada to kuch nahin kahaa ki unme se jo loag retire ho chuke hain unki pension roak di jaaye aur jo abhi naukari par hain unhe naukari se nikaal diyaa jaaye.”see SGW-25,page 524-5;vol.15,page 401.Gandhi also used his veeto power to not to include the cruelities of Punjab in the agenda of ‘’AKHIL BHARTIYA KHILAFAT SAMMELAN” in 1919.
On assassination of Micle-o-Dyer in England, to revenge the massacre after 20 years, by a SIKH in his gallantry act S. UDHAM SINGH JI, Gandhi's reaction was ,"Every Indian should feel ashamed like me on the killing of British officer but be delighted as the life of other two britishers is saved.
" On 8th April 1929, Bhagat Singh and Batukeshwar dutt, threw a bomb in Punjab assembly. Gandhi strongly condemned it. In his views, "Is gatividhi se swaraj ek kadam peechey hat gayaa hai.”’Aazadi ke naam par bam phenk kar unhone desh kee aazadi ke kaam ko nuksaan pahunchaaya hai.” He again writes,”Main aasha kartaa hoon hatyaare ko samay aane par apni galtiyon kee badi se badi sajaa bhugatani paregi. ”Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev were hanged after 18 days of Gandhi-Irwin pact.
If Gandhi wanted to cancel the hanging or death-penalty, he could raise a voice but he was totally against these youths who adopted the voilent methods to librate India. Though the intelligence Deptt. Had given its report that Bhagat was more poular than Gandhi at that time. You will not be surprised to know that Allen Campbell Johnson has written in his book, ”Lord Helifex”……it has been mentioned in the book that a compromise was made in Gandhi and Irwin that Bhagat Singh should not be released.
In the Irwin-Gandhi talks on 18 Feb. 1931, Irwin writes that Gandhi did not appeal to cancel the verdict of death penalty but he (Gandhi) did request to postpone this for some more time. In between this, Gandhi interviewed a Gujrati news paper, He writes,”sarkaar ko phansi dene kaa adhikaar tha…hamaara dharm hai ki ham apne gusse ko pee jaayen, samjhaute ko maane aur apne kartavyon kaa paalan karen.” See SGW-45page 382-3.Bhagat Singh,Rajguru,and Sukhdev were hanged on 23rd March 1931.
Before the freedom of India, and to win the confidence of Sikhs, Mahatma Gandhi talked about fulfilling the promises made to Sikhs in full congregation at Sisganj gGurudwara in Delhi and said, "My Sikh brothers ! I request you to please believe me and the resolutions passed by the Congress party. What to think of deceiving your entire nation, we cannot even think to deceive any single one of you. If ever the Congress party tries to do that, believe me it will call its own destruction. It is my earnest request to you taht please take these doubts and suspicions out of your mind. I say this in the presence of God that all the promises which i and the Congress party have made will be fulfilled at any cost. I believe that Congress's belief in the non-voilence is the firm guarntee of its promises. Apart from this, the Sikhs are a brave nation and they know how to defend their own rights by using the Kirpan (Sword) which is the part of their code of conduct and dress.
In Oct.1947, Mr. Gopi Chand Bhargav Chief-Minister of Punjab, issued a circular presenting Sikhs (who were declared refuge in their own homeland), as criminal castes and they be dealt strictly, with the consent of the trio, than Governor Punjab, Chandu Lal Chaturvedi, PM Nehru and Home Minister Patel. S. Kapur Singh who was DC Kangra refused to imply this order and sent a letter to Governor Punjab in protest. At this Govt. terminated him from I C S when he was on leave on midnight of 13-14 April 1949, whereas Govt. had no powers to sack an ICS. It was a punishment to S. Kapur Singh of his being a Sikh in a new secular nation.
Sant jarnail Singh Ji with S. Kapur Singh jiSant Jarnail Singh Ji Bhindranwale and S. Kapur Singh, Ex -ICS, Victim of political injustice. His appeal in different courts could not get him justice.The judge of Supreme court Mr.Eric Veston had said to S. Kapur Singh in the court that ,"(they do not want to keep you in ICS.,that's all)" whereas as per the Indian constitution any foreigner could not be appointed as the judge of Supreme court.[Article 124 (3)] This judge was recommended for reward of 'knighthood' for his extraordinary services to the Govt. of India. Issuing verdict in favor of Govt. was his esteem services to the Govt. of India.
In my opinion the seeds of Punjabi Suba were sown by the discrimination of Sikhs by Bhargava and Trio, by doing injustice with S. Kapur Singh Ji and the circular, declaring Sikhs as criminal castes and hence to be dealt strictly. These were the two basic reasons and Nehru's denial of a Sikh state within the framework of Indian constitution. This was a suitable demand and we still adhere to it. For example: If Tamils can be given the name of their state as Tamilnadu---means Tamil Desh, Why can't be the similar name could not be given to satisfy Sikhs. It is justified and Anandpur resolution approves it.
We can never trust the congress.
It was the congress which betrayed with the saviors of Hindu community and attacked the Harmandar Sahib (GOLDEN TEMPLE) in 1984. It was earlier attacked by Abdali in 1761 to revenge the Sikhs who got liberated the 22,000 Hindu girls and boys of Maratha's (Which were captured from Panipat) from the forces of Abdali which were being taken as slaves to sell in the markets of Kandhar, Kabul and Gajni.In Punjab, Sikh girls were raped, imprisoned and killed in fake encounters by Indian security forces and Punjab police. Now the next generations of these so-called Hindu fanatics are ruling and attacking Sikh culture and shrines.
In 1984, after death of Mrs. Indira Gandhi, more than 3000 thousands innocent sikhs were massacred in streets of Delhi, Jamshedpur, Kanpur and other places of India. The assassinates of Mrs. Indira Gandhi were given death penalty but on the same day, the killers of innocent Sikhs were rewarded with higher Positions in Govt; as Ministers like Harkishan lal bhagat, Jagdish tytler and Sajjan kumar. We can never trust in congress. It may shed the crocodile's tears but we can not and never forgive congress for there alleged role in massacre.
For the Indian viewers it is must to remember and always to keep in mind that Mrs. Indira Gandhi always wanted a place in Indian History to be remembered forever. What she did during being the Prime-Minister of India, she got prepared a time-capsule, in which she got written the history of her dynasty, she projected herself as ruler of India and placed it beneath 100 yards the ground for to be viewed by coming generations after 10,000 years. This 'TIME-CAPSULE' or 'KAAL-PAATRA' was dug out from earth after hue and cry of opposition parties. But look at the destiny, she wanted to be famous forever, and wanted to live forever even after her death. Her wish got fulfilled, whenever the name of the attackers on Sikh shrine, The source of Sikhism HARMANDAR SAHIB or GOLDEN TEMPLE, AMRITSAR in June 1984, her name will shall always appear in front with Abdali. Her name will always be remembered in Sikh history as invador. She will always be cursed. She gave a slogan during emergency, "India is Indira and Indira is India. " India is still there but where is Indira. India is ours and we are from India. It will remain ours. We will always share the path of progress but shall never share the dias with congress. It has betrayed with us many times, it always betrays, an untrustworthy party for Sikhs. The Sikh leaders should always keep this in mind and should choose other alternates in politics.
Amitabh bachaan, the famous film actor or say actor of millennium, played a major role in killing of innocent Sikhs in 1984. He too raised slogans and provoked Hindu miscreants, KHOON KA BADLA KHOON. Due to his provocative call, not only in Delhi but throughout India, as he appeared live on TV ‘Door-Darshan,’ many innocent Sikhs were killed due to his provocative call. He is never booked and no charges of provoking the Hindu mobs to kill Sikhs and of conspiracy of his involvement like Sajjan kumar, H.K.L.Bhagat and Jagdish Tytler. He is enjoying life under cover of N S G Commandos and moves scot-free. Since than he has tried his best to clean his image in Sikh community by playing the characters of Sikhs in various roles but he has never apologized deliberately or unfortunately. We consider him the most DISGUSTING PERSONALITY OF THE MILLENNIUM due to his double role in real life. (Witness approved by Jasbir Singh witness in Jagdish Tytler case). At least Sikhs should spit on his face whenever and wherever they get a chance, These disgusting fellows should know how much we hate them.
The example that the Sikhs are not given justice even after 25 years since 1984 riots took place on behest and provocation by congress, Sikhs are still fighting for justice . So far no case has been proved against any leader of congress. Sikhs are still asked to submit affidavits or to attend the courts as witnesses only. Like the assertions of Subhash's presence after his alleged air-crash, he survived but no official announcement is ever made. Similarly after 25 years Sikhs are in camoufledge of justice. They may make 100 more attempts but shall not be able to unveil the truth against the conspirators of riots, or to prove the direct link of congress, or massacre of sikhs by leaders of congress, though it is not a secret. The assassinators of Mrs. Gandhi were executed within one year of her alleged murder but the conspirators and projectors of riots still move scot free. This can happen only in India.......... MERA BHARAT MAHAAN.
What does it indicate-just eye-wash. Nothing will come out. Sikhs should not have any hope from Indian courts. If justice is not delievered in 25 years, it can not be given in lack of any reliable and concrete evidence. I assure you. (And not given)
Next is from," 62 get life term in Kerala riot case." this is first instance of life sentence to such large number for communal violence. A special court in Kozikode on Thursday sentenced to life imprisonment 62 of the 63 convicts in the Marad communal riot case of 2003, which had left nine person dead. On May 2,2003, a mob on two boats crossed the Chaliyar river and attacked Hindu fishermen resting on Marad beach, 12 kms from Kozhikode. In the stabbing spree, nine persons were killed. From above incidents one can see the terms of justice. There are two type of law is followed in India. For the 84' riots, no justice could be delivered to Sikhs since than, but in this instance where Hindus were killed, 62 out of 63 were given life term punishment by special court, that is just within four years only whereas we Sikhs are not delivered the justice since the last 24 years. If it is not discrimination with Sikhs in India than what? Is this the equality given to all citizens in India?
- What does the Indian Constitution says; Artcle 141:The law, declared by the Supreme Court shall be binding on all courts within the territories of India.
- Article 15, of the constitution act of India. The state shall not discriminate against any citizen on grounds only on religion, race, cast, sex, place of birth or any of them.
- But where is the constitution to punish the perpetrators of Sikh genocide of 1984?
My views are just on discrimination with we Sikhs. Why the killers of Sikhs are enjoying in corridors of power and moving scot free just because they are from congress and belong to Hindu community. They required to be sent to gallows but If not , they at least be imprisoned to stop thier influence of being in power and delaying to the justice. JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED. We expect quick justice now. No more delay please. Our community would feel pleased on sending these culprits to the gallows as soon as possible.

Shri Guru Granth Sahib gives us a terminology "SANJHIWALTA", which is based on the very existence of AKAL-PURAKH, so it is true.Nehruvians are creating the lobby of anti hinduism and branding Guru Tegh Bahadur ji as LOOTERA in history books of C.B.S.E. and N.C.E.R.T.
